Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
All orders, regardless of the destination will be charged a flate rate of $8.00 per order.
Returns are available for misprinted, damaged, or defective items only within 30 days of receiving the order. Returns will need to be sent directly to our distributor, Printful, to receive a refund.
We unfortunately cannot refund items for buyer’s remorse. Please refer to the size guides listed to ensure you are ordering the correct size. There are also physical samples of the products in office to see and touch. If you find you ordered the wrong size, contact Melissa to find a solution.
